How to Cancel Apple / Google Play Auto-Renewal?

Please choose the corresponding method to cancel based on the app store used when subscribing.

💡 Reminder: After successful cancellation, you can immediately return to YYCam Pro to purchase a new plan. The original plan benefits remain available until the expiration date, and no further automatic charges will occur after expiration.

Apple App Store

Follow the steps below to cancel your Apple auto-renewal subscription:

Step 1

Open [Settings] on your iPhone or iPad

Step 2

Tap [Apple Account / Name] at the top

Step 3

Tap [Subscriptions]

Step 4

Find and tap [YYCam Pro]

Step 5

Tap [Cancel Subscription] and confirm as prompted

Navigation path: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → YYCam Pro → Cancel Subscription

📌 Notes

• If there is no [Cancel Subscription] button, or the page already shows the expiration date, the subscription may have already been canceled.
• If you cannot find YYCam Pro, please confirm that the current Apple account is the one used when subscribing.

Google Play

Follow the steps below to cancel your Google Play auto-renewal subscription:

Step 1

Open [Google Play Store]

Step 2

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner

Step 3

Tap [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions]

Step 4

Find and tap [YYCam Pro]

Step 5

Tap [Cancel Subscription] and confirm as prompted

Navigation path: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → YYCam Pro → Cancel Subscription
